33r Terms & Conditions – User Agreement and Platform Rules

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 33r ("33r", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at 33r.biz and associated subdomains and URLs (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing a bet or wager, participating in any promotion, or otherwise using any service offered by 33r, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 33r Platform.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with 33r's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of this Agreement.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a 33r account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age. 33r operates a strict no-underage-gambling policy.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing 33r from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law, or where 33r is unable to lawfully provide its services.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent or contractor of 33r, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from 33r or had a 33r account closed for violations of these Terms.
• You must be accessing the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

33r reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid national identity document (CNIC), passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration & Management

Each individual may hold one (1) account only on the 33r Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple or otherwise additional accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering a 33r account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, current and complete registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, valid email address and contact number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Select a strong, unique password and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your 33r account.
• Notify 33r's support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account.
• Not share, transfer or otherwise make your account accessible to any third party.

33r is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, except where such loss is directly attributable to 33r's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

33r accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests through the following payment methods, subject to availability in your location: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard and USDT TRC20. All balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise indicated.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the 33r Platform:

• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into your 33r account, unless 33r explicitly authorises an alternative withdrawal method.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification ("KYC") prior to processing. 33r reserves the right to request documentation including CNIC, passport or proof of payment method ownership before releasing funds.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. 33r will use commercially reasonable efforts to process approved withdrawals promptly, but cannot guarantee specific processing times for third-party payment processors.
• 33r does not accept deposits originating from criminal activity. Any such funds will be returned and reported to relevant authorities.
• Deposited funds that remain inactive (no bet or game activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an administrative inactivity fee as specified in the 33r fee schedule published on the Platform.

5. Betting Rules

All sports betting and wagering activity on 33r is governed by the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published within the Platform's help centre and market-specific information pages. The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on 33r:

• A bet is accepted only when 33r's systems have confirmed receipt and generated a bet reference number. Bets placed during a system error or outside accepted market limits are void.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted at 33r's discretion. Odds for live markets are subject to continuous change. Bets placed immediately prior to or during a significant match event (e.g., a wicket fall, boundary scored) may be voided if the outcome was known or reasonably knowable at the time of placement.
• 33r reserves the right to void any bet where the odds offered were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault or human error, even after initial acceptance.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the 33r decision shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in the Platform's help centre.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your 33r account balance in PKR and may be subject to a processing period as specified per sport and market.
• 33r applies a maximum payout per event, per market and per account as displayed in the Platform's betting rules section. Acceptance of a bet does not override stated maximum payout limits.

6. Casino Games

Casino games available on the 33r Platform — including but not limited to slot games, live dealer table games, virtual table games and game show titles — are provided by licensed third-party software suppliers. The rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages and volatility characteristics of each game are determined by the respective software provider and are disclosed within the game's information panel.

• All casino games on 33r use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for RNG-based games, and use physical randomness generated by human dealers in supervised studio environments for live casino games.
• 33r does not manipulate game outcomes. The results of all games are determined independently of 33r's commercial interests.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface and may vary by table type, game variant and account tier.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game, the round will be completed and the outcome recorded in accordance with the game provider's stated disconnection policy, which prevails in all disputed disconnection cases.
• Game malfunctions or software errors may result in the voiding of affected rounds. Bets affected by a confirmed malfunction will be returned to affected player balances.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

33r offers various bonuses, promotions and reward programmes to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific Terms & Conditions published with each individual promotion, which take precedence over these general bonus terms where there is any inconsistency.

• Bonuses are only available to players who meet the specific eligibility criteria for each promotion, which may include residency, minimum deposit amounts, account verification status, and compliance with these Terms.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games and contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• 33r reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any promotion or reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, exploitation of errors or violation of promotional terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per household, IP address and payment method. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Bonus winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested prior to bonus completion, unless 33r expressly states otherwise in the promotion terms.
• 33r's decision on all matters relating to bonus eligibility, fulfilment and revocation is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33r Platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with 33r's betting markets, casino games or promotional systems.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corruption involving sporting events offered on 33r.
• Using 33r for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for any purpose.
• Registering or using a 33r account on behalf of another person.
• Allowing minors (under 18 years of age) to access or use your 33r account.
• Engaging in any conduct that interferes with or disrupts the operation of the Platform or its infrastructure.

33r employs fraud detection, anti-money laundering and responsible gaming monitoring systems. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended or permanently closed, and any winnings accrued through prohibited activity will be forfeited. 33r reserves the right to report such activity to relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 33r Platform — including but not limited to the 33r brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, text, graphics, software and game content — is the intellectual property of 33r or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 33r Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit or distribute any content from the 33r Platform without prior written authorisation from 33r.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33r's total liability to you in connection with the Platform and services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 33r account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33r shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity;
• Indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Service interruptions caused by events beyond 33r's reasonable control, including network outages, natural disasters or regulatory actions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 33r's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

33r reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal or prohibited activity;
• Failure to provide requested identity or payment verification documentation;
• Account inactivity as defined in Section 4;
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring 33r to do so.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., closure not triggered by a violation), any available real-money balance minus applicable pending wagering requirements will be returned to the account holder via an approved payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 33r's support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any pending withdrawals or bonus conditions.

12. Responsible Gaming

33r is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We strongly encourage all players to gamble responsibly and to seek help if gambling is causing harm. The following tools are available to all registered 33r account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Configure session duration reminders to stay aware of time spent gambling.

Where applicable, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome or account matter, you must first raise the matter with 33r's customer support team, providing full details of the dispute. 33r will endeavour to resolve disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt. If you are dissatisfied with 33r's resolution, you may escalate the matter to 33r's designated complaints handling process as detailed in the Platform's help centre.

14. Amendments to These Terms

33r reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through the Platform (e.g., a notification on the website or by email to your registered address). Your continued use of the 33r Platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the date of the most recent revision. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
